Client administrators currently rely on a data-dense desktop platform to track practice growth. While the desktop version provides granular customer details, this complexity becomes a barrier for users attempting to check performance on the go. There is a clear need for a mobile-optimized experience that prioritizes high-level business health over deep-dive data, allowing for quick daily and monthly health checks without cognitive overload.

The goal was to make mobile data consumption feel light and intentional. I designed a summary framework that turns complicated marketing metrics into intuitive visual cards. By prioritizing the most important growth indicators and removing the granular details seen on larger screens, I created a focused UI that avoids overwhelming the user. The entire layout is optimized for rapid scanning, ensuring the most vital information is always front and center without the need for constant scrolling.
